Cofounder & COO of one of the earliest digital pharmacies. Launched operations from scratch, signed on the first MDs as e-prescribers, and marketed to consumers. Led a cross-functional team of 7 in sales, marketing, fulfillment and tech. Raised $250K from investors, reached $900K in ARR.

Multi-stem songs for
practicing musicians
Led the vision of launching a subscription music service with songs split into stems so that practicing musicians could practice any instrument while playing along. Raised $500K investment, closed three partnerships with record labels.
Screen sharing for sales and customer service
Cofounder & CEO of a screen sharing SaaS startup. Defined the business model and industry segments to target, closed first customers and partners, raised Series A round of financing, and led revenue growth. Acquired by Oracle.

I also help support founders through challenges: founder misunderstandings/conflict, Board issues, pivot tactics&strategy, the need to make a go-no-go decision.
